Sarah and Ben got really lucky on their wedding day when it came to the weather! It rained for 2 weeks and then stopped for their big day. They held their reception at Occasions Party Center which has lots of great places to create beautiful photographs….and the food is good too! They were so easy to work with and we snuck out of the reception around dusk and captured some beautiful images with the dark blue sky.

I’ve been having a lot of fun in the studio lately with some Class of 2012 Senior Models but I am so ready for spring! I want to head outside into the sun and flowers! Here’s a few from the past week.

Here are a few more of my favorite images from the past couple of weeks. These were all created from class of 2012 senior model sessions. It’s going to be a fun year!!

Leah is a 2012 Senior Model this year. She had to reschedule her first session because her swim team made it to the district finals! They didn’t make it to the state finals but were glad to get as far as they did. I photographed her and her sister last spring and was very happy when she applied to be a senior model for this year. If you would like to be considered for this amazing program click here. I can allow several more into the program except for Waterloo and Green high schools.

I really like to incorporate seniors interests into their images. I enjoy working with them to come up with something unique for each person. This past week was a lot of fun as I had a volleyball player, a catcher and an amazing artist in the studio. Even if they just bring some cool clothes, I try to create some art for their wall. Here’s what we came up with together.

The class of 2012 Senior Model Program has been keeping me busy this year! I already have enough from Green High School and Waterloo but would love to have a few more from Ravenna, Tallmadge and Rootstown. If you would like to be a part of this awesome program go to my site and fill out the form!

Even though it’s been pretty cold lately, I still love working outside. You have to expect the unexpected! The last image posted here I had to do in a hurry as it was very cold and getting dark fast. I didn’t have time to get my flash set correctly before the sky went completley black so I used a flashlight. All these beautiful ladies are Senior Models for the class of 2012. See them for discount cards for your session!

What happened to January? I’ve been busy with the 2012 Senior Model Program and have neglected my blog….time to catch up! I’ve had some great seniors apply this year and photographed quite a few already. Many of them wanted images in the snow and the weather has been cooperating. Here’s a few from this year.

It’s that time of year again for senior portraits in the snow!! I can’t remember the last time we’ve had snow on the ground for 3 weeks before Christmas. I love creating images outside in the snow (except for the cold hands). Haven’t done many yet but here are some of my favorites from earlier this year. One of the advantages of my Senior Model Program is the chance to have some images created in the snow during your first session. Check out the Senior Model page on my webite for more infomation and to fill out an application.
